Business Development Specialist

Bookex is seeking an energetic, motivated and ambitious business development specialist to assist in the growth of our SaaS product. A high level of English is required and excellent communication skills - especially written and spoken. The candidate needs to have an analytical approach to sales, with the ability to discern quality leads, work with targets and KPIs, and make rational, data-driven decisions. Experience in the corporate housing industry and working with software is highly valued. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years in a similar development role.

Support Specialist

Bookex is seeking self-motivated client support specialists for our cloud-based reservation system. The ideal candidate will be located in Spain and willing to travel for 2-3 months per year. Bookex encourages a work-life balance, aligning staff with goals that are mutually beneficial. Our support specialists are required to respond to customer requests by email, live chat and phone. Preferred candidates for this position will demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, good technical knowledge of SAAS environments with past technical support experience, and be people-friendly. Ideal candidates will also demonstrate their ability to work well under pressure, have excellent time management skills with attention to established customer response times.
